My name is Jabu Mthembu(30), born and bred in Qwa-Qwa in the Eastern Free State(South Africa). I’m an entrepreneur offering Graphic Design and Photography service. Before starting University I didn’t know if I wanted to be an illustrator or a photographer, so I took a course studying Art and Design at Motheo TVET College hoping that it would help me decide, but hey. . .(smiles)

I then later decided to pursue my studies at Central University of Technology and that is when i was introduced in a world of photography but i was only studying it as one of the modules in a Graphic Design course.

I decided, even though I still love creating art, that photography was a greater passion and meant I could be more social and work with a lot more people. Portraiture photography to me is about creating an image that makes the customer feel good about themselves, and I love the satisfaction you feel when you can please someone by doing a great job for them.
